One thing that genuinely infuriates me about theological discussion is when people try to separate the Church from Christianity. “Christianity not churchianity” types. If you are familiar with Scripture at all you realize that point is incredibly stupid.

Maryland is the most medieval US state. Used to be governed by the Lords Baltimore, peers of the Crown. The title became vacant in 1771 when the last Baro Baltimore died without issue. His bastard son Henry became the Lord Proprietor but Maryland declaring independence in 1776
