Ending 2022 on a high with this! Lovely to be recognised for all the hard work @Ward5_Elderly has done over the past 6 months! It wasn’t always easy but worth it for the results!.
It has been such an honour to work with whole of @Ward5_Elderly, and support @nickyj93 and @lois_grainger to become change champions in Home First and Strengths-based practice! Thanks to all your hard work and can't wait to see your continued impact across @MFT_MRI and @mcrlco!.
