Had a such amazing time at atacc. Met alot of like minded clinicians from around the world. Course was top notch and top notch faculty / organisers. Came away with so much not only clinical hands on but also non technical skills and self care in major trauma @ATACCGroup

Totally agree.British nursing used to be top notch training. Now nurse training s all about being an academic , nurses qualifying with Very little anatomy and physiology knowledge. As well as hands on skills. But can write an assignment .Needto look at international models.
