For years, Google has been saying to not place ads above the fold, and not to use site-overlays. The Panda update literally rolled out to punish sites doing it. Can you guess where Google places AdSense when you activate "Auto Ads"? š

The first impressions in a new project are always the most exciting. Now waiting for clicks. Trying to find out if I can still challenge the big boys and most competitive keywords. š„ø

What I think PHP needs to be more interesting for newcomers.
@PovilasKorop 1) New language features should focus more on developer experience than on engine internals. 2) Easier setup that is not framework-specific. 3) Make the whole ecosystem look more sexy, easier to understand and easier to contribute to.

Now that everyone and their LLMs are after getting a contributor badge in bigger OS projects, OS project contributor badges soon should be useless.

There was a hoster called DomainFactory. They been insanely good. They sold to Host Europe, then the founders later were responsible for spinning up a subdivision under Hetzner. The subdivision is what makes Hetzner so great today. Some people are exceptional. I hope Hetzner

Laravel on one hand wants to be opinionated, on the other hand we cannot agree on how to handle HTML attributes in Blade and want to leave it to 3rd party packages how to handle a `title` and `alt` attribute. Itās absolutely clear how these should

What I really love about Composer are the small, smart details. Like, you require something that is already in dev? It makes sure you do it intentionally. Or shortcuts for everything, like `composer du`. Really nice.

> propose PR to Laravel > have people vehemently argue against it for 19 days > adjust PR to take all input into account and make everyone happy > have Taylor and Tim make a 180 > land on what I proposed initially > be confused because you actually think it isnāt right š¤Æ

My tiny patch got 54 downloads in 24 hours while being idle and having 5 total downloads for weeks. Who posted about it? š
