#Crypto Meningitis is the most common cause of adult meningitis in Africa. We assessed if lower dose flucytosine at 60 mg/kg was equally effective. Unfortunately while survival was similar, increased rehospitalizations, worse CSF clearance. #IDTwitter https://t.co/J52P9G0T6A
