realizing that Aoyama teasing Uraraka about Deku here was him trying to blow the match so that he didn’t have to go to the training camp and reveal its location to AFO
Todoroki is especially interesting as in the beginning of the series where he only uses his ice side, he’s very cold personality wise. But as he uses and develops his fire side, he slowly becomes more approachable, as if he’s warming up and becoming more neutral
this has to be my favorite panel of himiko vs ochacko. The empty wasteland as if it’s only these two in the world. Ochacko’s lifeless body on the ground, her tattered bloody hero costume, the way Himiko is looking at the wasteland, the weather, the atmosphere of passed danger
As we can see, people tend to reflect off of their quirks. Bakugou is explosive, Ochacko is bubbly, Todoroki is neutral (hot + cold = neutral) and Iida is quick-witted ect. It makes you wonder if the quirk reflects off of people’s personality even without society influence
Bakugou has an explosive quirk, meaning he has an explosive personality. Explosives may be strong but they are still fragile. This scene speaks for itself I think
Tokoyami could represent suppression and bottling up feelings, tries to control himself and in certain conditions he can’t control it and rages in the form of Dark Shadow. Him trying to repress it could suggest Dark Shadow is a representation of repression (note the writhing)
We start of with One For All, a quirk that’s passed down from user to user, a quirk which represents self-sacrificial tendencies within each user as its passed down.
Tenko has an Excoriation Disorder. Only felt a need to destroy when his quirk was ready to manifest, a need to itch. He did not feel this need before. It only itches at home because that’s where all of his problems came from.
Each OFA user has sacrificed both their life and their life in the vestige realm to defeat AFO, passing the torch along to each user as a growing flame to defeat AFO, with it comes the responsibility of risking themselves constantly.
When Deku leaves UA, it’s for selfless reasons to protect his school, fearing that if he stayed the villains would find him and he would put them in harms way, he has always been selfless and saving people even when he shouldn’t, similarly to when he saved Overhaul and Nagant

She was teasing Ochako for having a crush on Deku and somehow the "BKDK" mfs made it like "she's manipulating Ochako into thinking she likes Deku" "Mina is a bigger manipulator than AFO"😭💀
She had an affinity, a hyper fixation, for blood, driven by her quirk. She was forced to keep those feelings down due to them not being conventional. The mask Himiko has seems like a representation of masking, and it breaking shows how she couldn’t keep it in.
Twice was attacked by himself, I would say it would represent self-harm but those clones did not have the same mindset as him. Jin was a king and his clones were his followers. Different people but they were the same exact person (a personality disorder due to splitting)
