As further updates emerge from Australia, this is a shocking act of terrorism. On what should be a day of celebration for the Jewish community worldwide, the heinous attacks at the Hanukkah event at Bondi Beach are horrific. We extend our deepest condolences to all affected.

Cardiff Council loves to talk about "Caerdydd Ddwyieithog / Bilingual Cardiff" which, in terms of access to the Welsh language, is more ambition than reality. There are still too many obstacles. 🧵

This UK Government is exposing its “For Wales, see England” mindset. After decades of underinvestment in rail, Wales will only be ‘consulted’ on an England and Wales strategy. Wales must have full control over its own network, just as every other nation in the UK already does.

Solidarity with @cymru_inquiry here - you deserve answers and respect. I also think people should check the key facts before committee sessions and write them down, not check their phones throughout - especially on such an important topic such as this.

Trump hates Europe’s democracies because they have universal health care, a strong social welfare system and heavy unionization. He prefers MBS’s Saudi Arabia, where one trillionaire family runs a brutal dictatorship. What a betrayal of American values!

Plaid Cymru acted to protect services, to stop sky-high council tax bill rises, support our NHS and to make sure the next Welsh Government is on a more sustainable position after the election next year. It's time for new leadership in 2026 with a Plaid Cymru Government.

Labour's draft budget would have catastrophic consequences on our public services. Plaid Cymru was never going to let that happen. Councils and the NHS will now receive substantially more funding because of Plaid Cymru. Plaid Cymru always acts in the best interests of Wales.
