Thank you for summarizing the work of global health presenters and for spotlighting our paper. The highlight for me was twinning with @leightjessica in the land of #DollyParton! Shout out to the organizers for a great #ASHEcon2025 as always @ashecon
@ashecon @monira_smf @hasan_emu128 @nayantara_ presented work joint w/ @DevikaHazra showing that higher numbers of ASHAs (community health workers) in India lead to ⬇️ incidence of IPV. (Thanks for the shout-out to my systematic review!)

Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) against women worldwide is a major public health and inequality concern. It's not clear what causes IPV, or how to reduce it. Gaby Deschamps' JMP notes that IPV is positively correlated with motherhood, and asks if we can understand why.
