Spoke to 3 agents in the last hour or so & 2 have "disconnected the call". I don't like to handle situations like this via social media, but that seems to be the only way @BoostCare @boostmobile responds.

The absolute worst service experience ever @boostmobile @BoostCare !!! 1 simple question turned into a nightmare of incompetence of every "service agent" I have spoken to in the past month. ZERO out of 10. Do not recommend
