i bring the entire sensation of the location and experience into the body using the breath. i literally enter the timeline of this reality using the joy and feelings it brings inside the body. and i hold this feeling for as long as possible until it becomes natural.

whenever i’m trying to manifest more traveling experiences, i put on walking pov youtube videos of the location on my tv. i take a deep breath and immerse myself into the sounds and scene like i’m already there. currently calling in more autumn walks and forest trails!
