What if you could just ask questions of the earth?.

What if we did 5 year insurance or reinsurance policies, backed by btc, upside shared between insurer and policy holder, with secondary market to trade the risks. BTC never been down over 5 year period. Policy holder can lock in a premium over 5 years.
