Fwiw I think 10.5k makes sense for sagat since he has the exact same walkspeed and hurtbox height+width as Marisa but it’s completely orthogonal to his strength as a character.

I understand health differences for vibes and legacy, but as an actual balance tool for characters who don’t already have it baffles me. Every +health character has been a contender for bottom 1 at some point in this games history while Akuma has been top 2 since he came out.

extremely funny and useless zangief fact:.the official site lists zangiefs wheelkick as having 20% mid combo scaling. But the only way to combo out of wheelkick is on punish counter, which is impossible mid combo. so this extra scaling can never occur
