Good product design requires an obsessed artist - it’s not a part-time job.

People want the experience of having a personal CRM. I’m not sold that people actually want that to be a standalone app. It’s possibly going to be some super app that gets it right.

There are a few second order considerations on top of this. All superseding the actual feature themselves. Requirements: Networked Multi-platform Embedded And the anchor for the CRM would probably succeed in another product. Something like email or… a calendar.

I don’t believe the issue in this space is that the previous apps didn’t have the right features. The real issue - no one *wants* to update a CRM. That’s it. The winning product sees problem 1 and 1A as interaction design and automation. @sabakarimm
