Trying to find a provider is hard…imagine having to find specialists. This is why we are unhealthy.

In college I had no health insurance…and I know many that didn’t as well. And honestly I didn’t even know I was supposed to have it 🤯🤯

So grateful to @cwelchlin for this opportunity!
Yesterday’s briefing also featured a panel of policy advocates, public health and medical professionals, and overall brilliant Black women leaders in maternal health. Thank you to @Reprorightsdoc, @msnedhari, @nakeitraburse, and Camille Kidd of @BlackWomensRJ for your work.

Some real big steppas at the Black Maternal Health Conference hosted by https://t.co/CaBFFjaoe6. It was a pleasure to listen to their work & connect with partners & colleagues in person. #BlackMaternalHealthWeek

My kids asked my mama what I was like as a child. This lady said, “she was a tomboy”. I mean its true, but is that all she had?!?

Where can I cast my vote because I wanted to tweet that women are tired on International Women’s Day, but I was trying to keep it positive.
