Not qualifying for a World Cup that is going to be played in New Jersey is the most 9/11 moment for italoamericans since James Gandolfini's death

We fully deserve this absolute cooking here. What a sorry state of affairs, really. Dark, depressing days are ahead for Malaysian football.

My response to the Singapore government’s malicious, false, & defamatory statement following the denial of entry into Singapore & the subsequent deportation on 22 March 2026. By persecuting those who oppose imperialist, genocidal violence, who is Singapore protecting?

Was reading on what MLK said about white moderates and can't help but think it applies to Singaporeans. People who prefer negative peace, which is absence of tension, rather than positive peace, which is the presence of justice

After two days in which the machinery focused on a play that today has been confirmed, a question arises: How can a derby end with only two fouls? We break it down in our “Tiempo de Revisión”:

I feel like he's been letting players have fun a little this season, so many games I've seen Semenyo given free reign, Doku, Cherki. it's so good. also why I think Haaland is scoring less bc the plays do not focus on ending up with him so much

Pep of the old age (well, only in recent years) would take him out back and shoot him. he moans on the touchline but this is throwback Pep, '17/18 Pep, the one who lets his players do whatever he wants

The question could simply just be “have you got the courage” and it is still a No
Guardiola schooled Arteta in a tactical masterclass. City sat on Zubi and Rice & asked Arsenal ‘Have you got the got courage to play through us?’. In the second half, Pep tweaked Cherki’s position which gave City more control & sustained attacks. Fair play, Football won.

For Singapore to ban and deport an @NUSingapore PhD graduate --- possibly for their political views --- is really incredible. Academic freedom here has always been constrained, but it will shrink further if we do not defend it. @ICA_singapore what are the grounds for this?
I’ve been banned from entering Singapore & was just deported to Malaysia. I asked immigration to provide the grounds for the ban/deportation, but they said they could not disclose them. It’s stunning bcs I stayed there for 5 years & was conferred a doctoral degree on 31 January.

Liam Rosenior is absolutely the perfect figurehead for this project. Capable of delivering pseudointellectual soundbites that sound impressive to very dumb people but in reality completely clueless when it comes to delivering wins.

Who are the bigger clowns - the Sporting Directors who received enhanced long term contracts last season or those that decided they deserved them?

Followed Jose everywhere 2002-16; goalkeeper coach under who Cech & Courtois reached heights we haven’t seen since; and one of Jose’s bastards on the bench always having a pop at 4th Officials - seen here getting sent off at Upton Park after a dodgy Matic 2nd yellow. RIP King 🫡

We're getting Llorente prop from outside of Atleti, I hope people begin to understand just how good this guy is and has been for Atleti this season. If there's open grass, it's either Llorente and Giuliano running into it. Another brilliant comp
