This is the optimal way for PSG to function when considering the trio. Neymar is a 10 who scores goals. Messi is a scorer who creates. Mbappe is a scorer who's also a monster dribbler. All three can coexist. Poch just made it seem impossible with his incompetence.

Mbappe being a 9 isn't even the problem which is the funny thing. It's the way Galtier tried to turn him into Giroud. Mbappe in 18/19 after Neymar/Cavani went down was wonderful as the 9. Having runners either side of him makes the fit absolutely wonderful.
