Milk will remove the metallic/bitter flavor from the liver which if you’re used to no need. It also tenderizes which butter milk/Mala does a better job than fresh milk as lactic is is the active ingredient. If not in a stew I would do it, like let’s say grilled or in a sandwich
I want people who use milk to explain what it does.
