September 30 is Orange Shirt Day & the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Students, staff and families @tdsb will recognize this day on Friday, September 29th to remember the Indigenous children that died in residential schools and honour the survivors #OrangeShirtDay

Resource production, esp on TPT, orange shirts, flags, etc so many non-Indigenous folks profiting off Indigenous trauma during a time of commemoration. #NTRweek is time for settler educators to step up,learn & act using vetted resources, supporting Indigenous orgs #CallsToAction
