On the basis of current evidence, our team recommend: - Weight bear in a plaster+plaster shoe from day 1. - Introduce ROM once the wound has healed (day 10-14). - If worried about fixation or skin integrity, then deviate from that plan and mention this in your op note. #EFORT24
