First came the scorched boat. Then the mangled bodies. Then the packets with traces of marijuana. Now, fishermen fear the ocean that feeds them.

The man arrested on charges of placing two pipe bombs the night before a pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, felt he needed to "speak up" after beginning to suspect that the 2020 election had been "tampered with," authorities say. @alanfeuer

The two biggest mistakes Rob made were in Games 1 and 2. No going to Ranger Suarez in Game 1 instead of D-Rob for a 2nd inning and bunting with Stott. I can defend anything in Game 4, they all made sense in the moment.
Absolute, literal insanity. I get why it's hard to let him go. He's likeable. He has a .580 win-percentage. But it's also just... not working. Anyone can win with that roster in the regular season. You need to pull the right levers in crunch-time or what's the point?

There isn't an option behind the plate, across the league, that would make more sense than bringing JT Realmuto back.

Legitimately, what are we doing here @MLB? This no call is the single reason the Dodgers even put a run on the board this inning. Not even exaggerating it changed the complete trajectory of this game. An absolute joke. 🤡 show

That is an incredibly sad way to end the series. JT Realmuto was pointing to first base.

Jay Jones texts are disqualifying and VA Dems should toss him overboard. But what people like Ruffini fail to realize is when you’ve traded every principle to support Trump—who has disqualified himself 1000x times over—you’ve lost the moral authority to condemn others.
Jay Jones is an interesting test of whether all Never Trump Republicans are now just down the line partisan Democrats. Will they concede that someone from the other side should be in this office for four years because their candidate has proven himself morally unfit?
