There are essentially four forms of leverage per Naval: .- capital.- people.- code.- content/media.(there are more - like reputation, data, etc.). But AI is going to fully reset resize these relative to one another -- code is going to hyper-accelerate right past the others.
i was in a meeting with one of my best friends yesterday who i have worked with for such a long time (she is amazing) & we were talking about empire building (the corporate one). we realized empire building in the classical sense (bodies = power) is likely going to decay fast.

My grandparents bought me my first TRS-80. Sat in my room for hours learning BASIC, becoming fascinated with computers. My mom bought my first x86 machine. Changed my life.
Parents who bought their kids computers in the 80’s and 90’s were the first angel investors in most of the great founders I know. My parents worked overtime for 3 months at taxi driver and maid to afford to buy me a $3k Apple iic. It changed my life.
