My Dad passed away on Boxing Day completely unexpectedly. I had a ticket to take him to the Stevenage game on 27th. I couldn’t help but shed a tear at the end of game celebrations yesterday - he would have loved that 🥲. I only hope that Dad can stream Olly Buck from up there🙏

My respect for Ross has increased 10 fold. I did not want to be critical but having followed the O’s for 45 years it was clear to me that he was not a Manager and certainly not a “Justin”. His professionalism and maturity in coming to this conclusion himself is admirable.
Ross Embleton has made the decision to revert to his usual position of Assistant Coach upon the appointment of a new Head Coach & will continue to be in charge for the next couple games while the process to appoint a new Head Coach takes place.

Great away day, professional display despite provocation at times. The only threat was a weak ref making a rash decision. Isn’t it lovely being an O’s supporter again with this fab brand of football. KJ is pure class and we are very lucky to have a manager that befits our club

I firmly believe that with the addition of a creative central midfielder & a proven goal scorer we can finish in the top 3. A great start. Love the style & organisation. We are already seeing what a successful experienced manager can bring to the party. We’ve got our O’s back! 👏
So the O’s start the season with a point in a tough opener away to Salford City as an Omar Beckles opener was cancelled out by a screamer from the hosts...
Not a bad opening result.
