Yet again, the UK government has failed to prioritise mental health. And broken its promise to thousands of people. With the mental health bill not included in the #KingsSpeech, it’s now highly unlikely the Mental Health Act will be reformed before the next general election. 1/7.

Kicking off 2022 with some positivity. Meet Charlie, who ran 24 half marathons in December to raise money for us. 24! Charlie aimed to raise £500, but instead raised over £40k 😲 @charliersmith1 we're so happy we could be part of your recovery. You're an inspiration 💙.
Both these photos are from this year… the first is from late January when I was sectioned, suicidal and had no hope…. The other is from today - genuinely happy, celebrating raising over £40,000 for the charity that helped me recover! . Safe to say, things got better! 😀
