A small pre-sleep protein meal does not appear to change fat metabolism. It may simply help people reach their total daily protein intake—likely the more important variable. 🎙️conversation I had with @ThomasDeLauer .👉 #PreSleepProtein #ProteinIntake

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with the @FSUCoM School of Physician Assistants. ⁣. We covered the role of exercise, nutrition, and performance science in clinical care—and how integrating this knowledge can help PAs better serve their patients. ⁣.Thanks for having me!

If you’re training at night—especially as a high-level athlete or busy parent trying to train again the next morning—then eating after your session becomes much more important. Set yourself up for tomorrow. 🎥

Not all research has to show big, dramatic differences to be helpful. Sometimes “no difference” is exactly the green light people need. 🎙️This is an excerpt from a recent conversation I had with @thomasdelauer . 👉 #ProteinScience #EvidenceBased

I’m always incredibly honored to receive messages like this. It’s a powerful reminder that what we do does make a difference. Huge thanks to Milan for not only investing in my course, but also taking the time to send a personal note. It means more than you know. #grateful

We tested 0, 10, and 20g per day of collagen in active, middle-aged adults and found that 10g was the sweet spot, especially for those working out 180+ minutes/week. Joint pain dropped. Mood improved. (PMID 37551682). Not for muscle/daily pro, but maybe joint pain. #Collagen
