Dungeon tip - do the characters take a long rest to recover hit points and spells? So does the dungeon. In my Wednesday game, the PCs left for a week to rest and resupply. the goblins barricaded an entrance, took over an emptied part of the dungeon, and set up traps for.

Lost Citadel of the Scarlet Minotaur does this, and I think it helps explain why so many 5e players have jumped into Shadowdark. The threat of that crazed minotaur berserker showing up and turning the game into a slasher film puts everyone on edge in a good way.
