This morning's lifting session included squats, planks, Roman deadlifts, and some playing around with stuff. It looks better and better. Breathing has become automatic, bracing the core is automatic, back is straight. I didn't hit deep enough on the last rep, but that's ok.

Today’s workout was as 6:30 instead of 5:00 and I could barely deadlift half. Had to switch it up and do something completely different. Sometimes shit isn’t working for you, be flexible and roll with it. It won’t always be what you want it to be but if you quickly switch.

5 am lifting session done! Deadlift ladder. Start at comfortable weight, add five kilos every set until you can’t do 5 anymore. That was a lot of deadlift 🤣. Remember to do some support work with this. That machine for adductors and abductors is one one the best to balance.
