After weeks of working on reopening guidance @HabicIreland look forward to clarity. Financial supports for all SMEs are now needed. @isme_ie @SMERecoveryIrl Businesses closed in the National interest, now they need support to recreate the 1.5million jobs lossed. @moranjohna1
Good conversation with representatives from the hairdressing, barbers & beauty sectors this morn. A lot of work has been put in by the sector to develop protocols to ensure they can reopen & operate safely once public health advice allows.

Just had a look through the gov covid-19 business loan schemes and am i reading them wrong? The government is allowing banks to charge up to 7.8% for loans to small businesses in crisis because of Covid-19. In other words it is encouraging banks to profit from the pandemic. 1/
