Tranan: 7/10. This was an average plate of köttbullar. Gravy had little hint of traditional spices and could have used more salt. Meatballs were on the larger side, so, as one can always expect, they were dry. Gravy lacked depth.

When you request a record from JSO, you get a form response that says it will likely take 6-8 months to get body-worn camera footage. That's not a "strategic communications" problem, that's an issue with personnel in charge of reviewing and releasing public records.

Bakfickan: 9/10. The original gangster. The gravy has the same viscosity as used motor oil. It’s rich and delicious with a slight hint of sweetness. The meatballs are pain-fried to perfection. They could have used just a tad more salt. Potatoes were smooth and seasoned properly.

IKEA: 3/10. Had to do it. Potatoes were dry and bland. No salt. The gravy had broken at some point and all I received was meatballs in an oil slick. No surprise that these are the worst meatballs in all of Stockholm.

Pelikan: 6/10. For all of the hype, these were the blandest meatballs I’ve ever had in Stockholm. Sauce didn’t wow. Potatoes had potential but were lumpy and underseasoned.

NoMAD: 9/10. Excellent flavor profile. Rich veal stock gravy. Potatoes can stand on their own. Meatballs were on the larger side and slightly dry due to longer required cook time.
