If FSU told @RepFine it suspended this student, which goes beyond what FSU described in its public statement, how is that not violation of student’s rights under Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act? I’m not aware of congressional waiver for disciplinary disclosures.
It only took one call. She has been suspended until an explusion hearing and has been trespassed from campus. In Florida, we don't mess around with Muslim terrorism. Now it's my job to make the rest of the country do the same.
