more thoughts on why AI is seeing a mainstream backlash and what CEOs can do about it.... first off understand your users are not your investors/shareholders. Saying "we are AI first" is amazing messaging for shareholders, investors. But scares the crap out of your users.

ai has a huge ideological problem. a lot of mainstream users, i think a vocal minority?, absolutely hate ai. i've spoken with a lot of CEOs who can't even say the word "ai" because their users revolt.
