@timmort_ This is where I have got to. I’ve put a fair bit of our own know-how in here so my hope is that others are as willing to share so we can all benefit.

Official GPA Levy Review shows that around 80% of WA grain growers support: (1) a reduction in the GRDC levy; and (2) more regular, grower-informed adjustments to the GRDC levy. https://t.co/eWA3vYgLAZ

Also query how much seed is ending up in large admix, resulting in %adjustment ⬇️ for (heavy) canola seed. Impractical, if not impossible, to pick every seed out.

This is a challenge for our economy and our children!! For businesses, maximise the AI efficiency gains now or invest for the future? But, even if you invest for the future, it may be pointless if most other businesses don’t. 🤔

Now that AI is absorbing entry-level roles and graduate job postings are shrinking, the traditional path into professional life is under threat. What does this mean for today’s university graduates? What should businesses do? If you’re curious about the forces reshaping early

If you support a deeper cut than the amount proposed in the survey, then the “additional comments” section is the place to say so. It will all be put to the Minister and she can cut deeper than the survey proposal if she chooses.

We implore all grain growers to have their say via this process While we think that the GRDC levy should be cut MUCH more deeply to ⬇️reserves & re-align to RD&E priorities, we recognise that this is in the right direction and would set an important precedent for regular reviews

The components of grain producer levy rates haven't changed for 17 years. Growers are being asked to vote and guide how they want their levy funds allocated. - biosecurity -RD&E - National Residue Survey Find out more -> https://t.co/IMwoGsfk2s

If your roadside spraying contractor doesn’t understand this, then change contractors. Don’t pay them for ANY spraying that is after that critical time. Use pre-emergent herbicides that minimise new germinations (imazapic, bromacil, etc).

Critical article by Senator @DavidPocock in @SatPaper highlighting complete lack of scrutiny & accountability of nefarious lobbyists, let free to roam Parliament. Way over time to regulate & limit their access, which so undermines democracy. LibLab so complicit allowing this

💯% yes The best way to regain control over our own sustainability narrative and sovereignty around our farming practices, and to reduce bureaucratic duplication & overreach, is to design and implement (and invest in) an Australian sustainability scheme that is RED compliant.
