Chinese e-commerce platform Temu does not declare any lobbying in Europe, neither in Brussels & Berlin nor at its headquarters in Dublin. Temu is evading contact and rules in order to expand aggressively. The EU must take tougher action against Temu.

The latest tech platform to come under the EU's #DMA regulation is @bookingcom It had 6 months to make changes and bring its business into line. Main thing: it has scrapped price-parity clauses. Today it published its compliance report. EC will host a hearing on Nov 25.
