Come on, #MLB! Let my friend Dan go to the #FieldOfDreams game! HE’S THE DIRECTOR OF THE SHOELESS JOE JACKSON MUSEUM and he has to be his greatest fan. He just needs a seat, he’ll do everything else. If it weren’t for Shoeless Joe, there wouldn’t be a game, a movie or… a book.
There is no bigger fan of Shoeless Joe, and few who know more about him. There is no better ambassador for our museum, for your event, or for baseball. I have a deep love & appreciation for the history of the game, but love our current players, too (@TimAnderson7 is my favorite).

MLB and the Players Association are jointly responsible for this, but how absurd is it that a team can draft a player and choose not to sign him, as with Mets and Kumar Rocker -- and the player can't sign anywhere under the MLB umbrella? What a joke.
