On Wednesday, we placed Box 003 in our ongoing project to promote literacy in Joe's name. Who knows what the future may hold, but I hope you all have enjoyed the journey so far, learning about Joe's life and career. Your support has meant the world. https://t.co/sEinjx9lCX

If he's got an extra seat or two from League Park, we'd love to display it in our museum! We have a pair from Shibe Park where Joe played for the Athletics, and from Comiskey Park where he played with the White Sox, but nothing from Cleveland... yet š
ICYMI, Cleveland sports fans, who love memorabilia, check out our latest @SabolBrothers ep w/Sean Walsh. His massive stadium seat collection is unreal! He helped build FirstEnergy, tear down Municipal stadium & giant neon Wahoo sign. His take on why future FirstEnergy is murkyā¬ļøš

Here's a wild one: A statue in Lakeland is supposed to be Ty Cobb ... only there's so far no evidence it's actually Cobb. The "sculptor," Jim Davidson, is a name linked to knockoffs made in a Thai foundry. āItās not him. Itās a frickinā knockoff.ā https://t.co/w9U5U1rWuy

A statue of Ty Cobb that has wound up at the Tigers' Florida complex has a mysterious past. In fact, it may not be Cobb at all.

Is there a definitive book on Willie Mays, the way The Big Fella by @janeleavy1 is for Ruth, or how Ty Cobb: A Terrible Beauty by @CharlesLeerhsen is for Cobb? In the comments, please leave similar books for other players. If you want to read about ____, you HAVE to read ____.

This is how a lot of people think Joe got his nickname. But, it's not.

I have Roku devices at home, so I'm comfortable using them. I just grabbed another Roku device for the museum, now that I know they're compatible. I'll get an MLB TV package this week once everything is in and set up. Thanks for the quick responses, everyone! šš½ā¾ļø

I don't have cable/dish/anything like that. What is the best way to get an @MLBTV package where I can watch every game from every team all season long? What equipment do I need (fire stick, roku, etc) and how much should a season plan cost? We want baseball on TV at the museum.

Andrew Miller has visited our museum multiple times. Not just a great pitcher, but a really good dude who appreciates the history of the game. Every team should be so lucky to have a guy like that on their roster. Thanks for the memories, Andrew.
