Crohn’s Disease in 2024: thriving with this disease requires tight control: a) accurate assessment of inflammation (fcal, IUS, Scope) b) the right Rx in the right pt at the right time c) early response assessment and Rx adjustment. The future is very, very bright.

Incredible that ultrasound identifies who is/is not responding to tx as early as week 6- very powerful info to help get #ibd pt’s better. Just another example of how IUS and @DrMikeDolinger are changing the field.
Early IUS changes can identify responders. BWT and Doppler signal at W6 predicted endoscopic outcomes, perhaps agent specific
