Physics is cool. Most boats will throw you sideways during a turn. But we programmed N30 like a fighter jet- it executes a perfect coordinated turn. Eg, 28 knots, bank angle~25deg… but almost zero lateral G forces. Keep a glass of champagne on the table and it won’t spill!

The Chinese planes that locked radar on the Japanese aircraft were communicating an imminent threat. The Chinese military has been acting belligerently for years, by firing lasers etc. But this radar lock is a much more serious threat and needs a serious response.

🇯🇵 Japan has upheld peace for 80 years. But peace must not mean silence in the face of deliberate danger. 🇨🇳 A Chinese J-15 fighter locked its fire-control radar on a 🇯🇵 Japanese F-15J over international waters southeast of Okinawa. This is not “routine.” In global military

China's ability to massively subsidize its long distance fishing fleet allows it to overwhelm countries like Argentina. These fleets then over fish the waters causing financial and ecological problems for the smaller nation. The CCP must be held accountable for these actions

Argentina has deployed it's entire Navy to tackle the menace of illegal Chinese fishing boats swarming inside it's territory. However, this has changed nothing. The Chinese fishing boats continue to illegally swarm inside Argentinian territory & steal away the scarce fishing

China's massive fishing fleet are over whelming some areas. For example, around the Galapagos islands some stocks have dropped 90%. Fishing is another industry that China's use of subsidizes damages many other countries and in this case may cause famines.

@mrbcyber Soon there'll be no choice but to curtail all fishing for probably decades to restore remaining species if oceans can restore at all, being among the most interdependent nutrient chains. Letting China have its way now will soon cause catastrophic global famines. @ExtinctionR

Digital borders are an essential part of national cybersecurity - if you don’t want hostile foreign actors interfering in your society. This is also why systems like @DetectDeepfakes are so important, as deepfakes are where bad actors *inside borders* are already turning

The PRC ignores the rights of other countries to their own waters. In this case they are fishing in Peru's territory. All the countries facing this aggression, Japan, Philippines etc should start calling out the CCP. Maybe on X.

We should not be selling advanced AI chips to America’s mortal enemies, given tons of demand at home Chip vendors arguing “if we don’t sell Stalin tanks, he’ll make his own!” are “selling the rope with which they’ll be hanged” — along with America, to which they owe everything

To put the unfathomable impact of this treatment into perspective: about 200–350 million people have died from malaria over the past 100 years, including 15–20 million in just the past 25 years. This cure could, in theory, reduce deaths to near zero & save millions of lives!
