Hot take. If you have to charge $250 then don’t release it.
Today’s sip is Starlight’s first 10 year bourbon!. Very good whiskey. I don’t love the price tag ($250), but margins for true craft distillers are pretty tight — I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t making much if any profit on this 8 barrel blend. More of a branding exercise.
