Long-term the @bengals should turn this space into "The Jungle" for tailgating. Work with @CincyParks to plant redwoods, similar to what was done in the other parts of Smale, to protect the area from flooding and also grow a long-term canopy over an imperviously paved tailgating.

Wasting resources on something as simple as a Stop sign replacement is the tip of the iceberg. Just at this same intersection there are also faded street signs, unpainted traffic control poles, street trees with broken branches, busted sidewalks. Public blight is real in.

Looking at CAGIS, the metal pole was previously replaced in 2008, so we got 17 years out of it. Versus that wooden telephone pole has been there since at least 2003 (per auditor pics) and likely much much longer than that. Much better use of resources to not replace metal poles.
