That's two out of three Olympic medallists in the women's 100m hurdles who are coached by Dubliner John Coghlan - who just a few years ago was physical conditioning coach for Meath GAA. (Having been unable to earn a living coaching athletics in Ireland). Some job once again.

Deadlocked at the end of all their regular jumps, New Zealand’s Hamish Kerr requested that he and USA’s Shelby McEwen share the gold medal, which would have been a great story for both. McEwen said nah, and so it went to a jump-off for the gold. NZ’s Kerr took it. Beautiful

Rooks proves why you've got to give people a shot. He qualified via world rankings. He didn't have the standard. If Rooks was born in the UK. They wouldn't have selected him for the Olympics. They deny world rankings qualifiers You never know what people can do if given a shot

Let me address this before things get a little out of control. I'm swore post race because that was honestly pure emotion. 2021 I was in a dark place in life watching the Olympics , 2024 I'm Olympic silver medalist 5th fastest time all time. Keep fighting people 😤 now onto 4x4
