Always love when the annual content budgets for the BBC networks are published: R1 £41m, 1X £9m, R2 £49m, R3 £37m, R4 £84m, 4X £4m, 5L £57m, 5LSX £6m, 6M £13m and AN £7m (and that's before transmission, marketing etc is added on). I continue to be professionally jealous.

Using @SendGridSupport's a bizarre experience. The team are good people but they clearly lack the tools from @twilio and @spdholakia to be able to answer q's. They've no way to log into your account to see issues so you're stuck playing 20 q's and sharing screenshots. Madness!.

I imagine this is the first of many of these that we'll see. You gamble away the primacy of your own platform for the hope of better distribution and awareness (and maybe monetisation too) but it leaves you somewhat at the whims of a competitor.
