wanna bid on another infra project?. can be damn sure past performance on similar projects will be a factor in getting a new contract. this is the most basic shit but apparently upsets some people.

being a private company doesn't shield you from oversight. bid on a public infrastructure contract? can be sure you'll be subject to oversight related to that contract. especially if that contract represents almost 100% of your company's revenue.
