After road tripping to an F1 race and taking a 2-3 week deload I was missing all my lifts. Decided to work on max reps at 1/2/3/4 plates instead of pushing heavy weight PRs for a while First 2/3/4/5 PR in months: 180kg x 4, 1 rep more than my previous 180kg PR.

The reason you can so easily pull all-nighters in college is because you’re supposed to be having kids at that age.
My only regret in life is not having kids earlier. When I was 27 I was going out 4 nights a week, working 12+ hr days 6 days a week, waking up at 5am daily for CrossFit. Kids would've been a breeze. Don't wait for more resources to have kids. Energy is scarcer than money.
