Setting a standard for future proposals that seek similar structure. This alone is the most concerning element, money apart. Can't wait for future proposals with pre-set members that can pick protocols and deploy money from treasury here and there. Basically countless more

Only 2 DeFi protocols with "best plans for growth and returns to treasury" are eligible, to "minimize liquidity fragmentation". Yeah to minimize it takes more than pennies. That pick only chooses winners and kills the minor players imho.
