Important piece on the unignorable crisis in support for children & young people with SEND. Thanks @johnharris1969 for highlighting what's happening: "In return for immediate [financial] bailouts, there must be cuts, some of which seem to run counter to basic matters of law."
Latest from me: on the worsening crisis in special educational needs provision, & what's really going on - councils' SEND budgets are now deep in the red, and Whitehall is pushing them towards cuts that will tilt the system even further into failure
