Day 2: Back and Biceps. A lot of this for me is visualizing myself in the form I want to be. Also finding out that I need about 1 hour to do everything (workout and shower).

Actually used this space today. Was a little hard due to time limits, but I'm glad I got a workout in!.
@teronInTech I can tell you that I spent TOO much time worried about being perfect on camera instead of getting the reps in, but I donāt remember being nervous (probably was!). Gym turned out great actually.
