I have raised complaint thru the TataAig app as well as sent an email complaint. But nobody has replied. There is no customer centric approach of your company, which is surprising considering that your company bears the name of 'Tata'.

He is rejecting the claim stating that it's old damage when the damage has occurred same time in same accident and it is on same side. He is not ready to listen. I have also tried to talk to his supervisor, but he is not ready to listen.

Now the watch worth more than 35k has been rendered useless due to non-availability of the spare parts. If the company doesn't have the capabilities to repair the product, they should not sell them. I will now be losing a huge amount of money without any fault of mine.

I provided my newly purchased watch for repair to the authorised SC. Paid the advance part payment also. However, after keeping the watch for 1 month, the SC has returned the watch stating that the part is not available.
