Bitter Truth 😄.
Kenya could build this - that's no big deal. The problem is after 12 months it would be overrun by idlers, migrants and vendors roasting maize. In Africa, only authoritarian regimes can sustain a green, clean, safe(ish) city. The rest of us better learn to love mud and trash.
