Maybe one day we’ll get there, with a lot of work. As our residents do some of this work today with @NaanaJumahMD and the @NurtureNorth curriculum I will be thinking of shattered families from all communities grieving the murders of loved ones. 💔.

Vaccinating teachers and teens now is the best route forward to a normal 2021-22 school year. I know lots of people are upset teens are getting a jab before older people get second shots but I think this strategy makes long term sense.

The @MedCouncilCan has not convinced us this exam adds value in medical training. There are better and more relevant exams required before licensure. And now, with repeated failures to deliver the #mccqe, they are causing outright harm to our residents. This is unacceptable.

Recent @ICESOntario @UnityHealthTO study published in @JAMANetworkOpen shows during the first months of the pandemic there were slightly fewer premature births before 32 weeks gestation than in years prior @AndreaSimpsonMD.
