Just one of the many fascinating cases I got to work on as an @aagl @FMIGS1 fellow at @uOttawa! Thank you to @AJOG_thegray for allowing us to share!.
Surgical OB is an extension of what we have learned as @FMIGS1 surgeons. As a result we get to work on complex issues and share interesting cases like this one. @CanSAGE @AllyMurji @AAGL . Placenta previa and bladder varicosities—a clinical conundrum

Very well-written piece by my friends @Courtneysas and @alirendely on the huge collateral damage of Covid. We cannot let OR closures happen again!.
To those waiting for an ‘elective’ surgery- we see you. Loved working with my friend and colleague @alirendely

An excellent analysis on this important paper by the brilliant @StephLapinsky who I am proud to call my coresident and friend ♥️.
As an ObGyn resident @uoftobgyn and a master’s student in Clin Epi @ihpmeuoft performing research using population-based health admin data, here are two quick thoughts on this paper which has generated significant discussion (not meant to be a critical appraisal) 1/10.

This entire thread 👏👏👏.
As we saw with the SCOTUS decision yesterday, not only do Obstetricians and Gynecologic Surgeons have to contend with practicing evidence-based medicine, we and our leading medical organizations (such as @acog) have to practice constant legal scholarship as well. Thread 1/.

So impressed by the work from @QMed_AS! Very interested to see the @QueensUGME response. #Qmed is a wonderful place, and making the admissions process more inclusive can only make it stronger 👊.
As part of our ongoing commitment to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in our #QMed community, the AS has prepared a report of demands and recommendations to @QueensUGME about how admissions practices can be strengthened.

First she goes viral for her #bageltweet and now this! @shirajgold you’re officially an #Influencer.
While on maternity leave, @shirajgold, resident at @uoftobgyn created the group Pregnancy During #COVID19. The weekly virtual sessions provide expecting #MountSinaiToronto parents information on delivering during a pandemic to help ease any anxieties they might have.
