Logs should respect the context they're in. We spent a lot of time making sure that "it just works" - but when it doesn't, we spent time making sure that it matches the native Next.js build system logger.

"Design inside tech companies is often built on efficiency. Large teams, design systems, and fast sprints reward repeatability. Visual exploration rarely survives the product pipeline. Itโs too risky, too slow, too hard to A/B test. And when everything is measured, beauty starts

for the past few months, we've been working alongside @vercel as early users of the Workflow Development Kit while it was being developed. Exciting to see it go live for everyone to try. I'm thrilled by the unmatched DX, and it's now a core part of how our product is built.
Reliability used to mean wiring queues, schedulers, and retries by hand. With the Workflow Development Kit, reliability is just code. "๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ " turns async functions into durable workflows that pause, resume, and persist automatically. https://t.co/WYXAwdrZUT

design your environment to make success automatic - because systems beat motivation every time make the right thing easy & the wrong thing hard. remove friction from what helps you & add friction to what hurts you stop relying on willpower and start engineering inevitability

"Interfere Mono" will be put on our roadmap.
@lukeshiels_ The name of your company alone has mass aura. The logo adds to it. This is one of my favorites, excellent work.

if you'd like greater agency and higher upside, while probably working twice the hours, DM me instead.
Weโre going to bring world-class design to @base and that means having the best talent in the world. Iโm assembling the avengers, so if youโd like to join us, my DMs are open. Youโll become part of a strong team thatโs only going to get stronger from here.

people rebel from what they are familiar with. grow up in a messy house in the 80s? you might build a clinical, gray house to overcompensate. Your kids will grow up and say "I want my house to be colorful! our's was so gray". And so the cycle continues. Artistic imagery is the
Intercom started a trend when they used AI paintings as backgrounds for their website. I've seen this more and more (no criticism of the example screenshot). But I've never heard the logic behind the visual style. Anyone know/want to guess?

"how fucking awesome this product is" - you might be good at explaining it verbally, and you personally might find value in your product (because of course you use it) but your users aren't you. your job is to have the "why" demonstrated to a very impatient audience.

it takes me two clicks to "start using your product" with social sign on. but if i fumble through an onboarding flow to no clear value IMMEDIATELY, your users are gone and they won't come back.
