@jezell In the early days of React Native Skia, we had the temptation to build our own animation engine instead of relying on the de facto solution (Reanimated). So we build a new engine but it wouldn't be useful outside RN Skia? This is when we knew this was the wrong path.

@RydMike @luke_pighetti Back in the day I worked for MSC Nastran in California; I wrote a lot of FORTRAN; our claim to fame was no airplane in the free world flew without having been analyzed with NASTRAN.

i remember getting in a heated discussion (argument) about using short variable names in a dart project and the other person said it was always bad practice and i was like “have you met my old friend fortran? airplanes fly because of short variable names”

google is so fing broken 1. go to gmail to read personal email 2. primary account is workspace account 3. switch to personal account 4. was redirected to workspace so now it errors because it’s a personal account what about you just ask me which account when i hit gmail
